First things first.
I've a couple of things to comment about.
1) I've found the perfect place for one of the opening scences of 11 Years - the movie.
The playground near my granny's place is just the ideal spot! And I was convinced of it after I saw 2 boys running around and having the time of their lives.
2) When Singapore hosts events such as the Aviva championships, they need to make sure that other than being able to make a fair judge on the game, their umpires also must be able to speak properly.
They must be able to say "fifteen-thirteen" instead of "feeftin-tertin".
Okay, now I can go on to try to be philosophical.
Life overtakes your days
Everything stakes up like hay
When you finally join back
You realise how much you lack
All lives aren't as full as yours
Some are as complicated as morse
Be they near or be they far
You soon realise how very below par you are
History repeats itself
When you're not very consious of yourself
You think you've from one inccident you've become wise
But the events in the future show otherwise
It may seem rather cumbersome
Sometimes maybe even tiresome
(for lack of a better rhyming word)But if you miss even a modicum
You'll feel the effects of your slack-kingdom
you know you love me
